PROJECT SCOPE
Insulated aluminium rainscreen overcladding and high-performance replacement windows to ‘A’ and‘B’ Blocks. Overcladding the existing curtain wall which formed the central link staircase and lift shaft. Additional works included render to columns androof plant room, replacing external doors, and landscaping. By adopting an overcladding approach to the project existing asbestos was safely and permanently encapsulated, thereby negating the need for removal.
