To win, correctly answer the two questions below. The winners will be the first five correct answers drawn at random. The competition closes on the Friday 3rd April 2020 at 4pm. All winners will be notified via email on Monday 6th April 2020. An online voucher will be sent so prize winners can book a date to suit themselves. Voucher must be used within 8 months.

Competition Terms & Conditions

1. By entering, the participant agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. All entries must be received by 4 pm on Friday 3rd April 2020.

3. By entering the competition you agree that your email address will be used by d+b facades UK Limited for future marketing unless you specify ‘No’ at the time of entry.

4. The five winners will be selected at random from all correct entries received.

5. Winners must be over 18 years of age and resident in the UK. Employees of d+b facades UK Limited, their families, agents or anyone else connected with this promotion, are not eligible to win.

6. The winners will be formally notified by e-mail on Monday 6th April 2020.

7. The prize must be claimed and used, within 8 months of the date of notification.

8. The prize is not transferable and no cash alternative is available.

9. Details of the winner will be available four weeks after the draw date by sending an SAE to d+b facades, The Packway, Larkhill, Salisbury, Wiltshire SP4 8PY.

10. Where a winner chooses not to accept the prize, they forfeit any and all claims to that prize, which will be dealt with at the absolute discretion of d+b facades UK Limited.

11. d+b facades UK Limited will not take responsibility for any lost vouchers – replacements cannot be issued.

12. If you are a winner, the Promoter may request you to participate in any publicity or promotion organised by the Promoter including promotional photographs.

13. The Tesla Track Driving Experience is located in Hemel Hempstead, Hertfordshire. Travel arrangements must be made by the prize winners, d+b facades UK Limited do not accept any responsibility or cost for travel or accommodation.

14. The prize is accepted entirely at the risk of the winners and d+b facades exclude all warranties in connection with any prize. d+b facades UK Limited are not liable for any costs relating to the collection of prizes or and add-on required i.e. travel, accommodation, etc.

15. d+b facades UK Limited are not liable in any way for any costs, expenses, damages, liability or injury arising out of or in any way connected with the competition or prize, other than those costs and expenses specifically provided for in the prize (if any). This exclusion does not include any liability for negligence by d+b facades or death or personal injury arising out of such negligence.

16. d+b facades UK Limited accept no liability (and excludes all liability) for any loss of profit, business, contracts, revenues or anticipated savings or for any special, direct, indirect or consequential loss of any nature howsoever arising.

17. These terms and conditions shall be governed and construed in accordance with English Law.

18. In the event of any dispute regarding the Terms and Conditions, the conduct, results and any other matters relating to this prize draw, the decision of d+b facades UK Limited shall be final and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.

19. d+b facades UK Limited reserves the right to withdraw this offer or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice.
