Carbon reductions, energy savings and procurement were key topics of interest during a very busy two day show. design build facades met up with existing clients and other key people from NHS Trusts, energy supply companies and organisations across the sector.

design build facades were pleased that the refurbishment of Aintree University Hospital Tower Block was short listed for the 2023 Healthcare Estates IHEEM Sustainability Achievement Award. This recognises the organisation, team, or product that has made the best use of innovative technology and sustainable practices to reduce the estates carbon footprint. Aintree University Hospital came runners up in a field of very strong entries.
