PROJECT SCOPE

Standing 20 storeys high containing 114 flats, Grange Court in the London Borough of Hackney was originally one of a pair of 1960’s residential tower blocks being refurbished by Bovis Lend Lease whist they demolished the other in circa 1997. The Towers original fabric was repaired, strengthened, insulated and overclad in our 3mm aluminium rainscreen cassette system with integral high performance aluminium timber composite windows and full height curtain wall to the balconies.
