PROJECT SCOPE

Insulated aluminium rainscreen overcladding and high-performance timber-aluminium composite replacement windows. Other works included replacement of some aluminium doors and re-spray of others, single ply roof overlay, replacement of aluminium curtain wall, insulated panels to roof-top structures and demolition of a small projecting balcony prior to overcladding.
